How can I make a return?
Did you make a mistake in your purchase? Are you confused? Have you bought a product that is not suitable for your construction machine?
Access your Personal Area, Returns and Refunds section: you can fill in the return form directly online, after selecting the order you wish to return.
The return request must be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the pallet and the product must be undamaged and never used.
What information do I need to provide to make a successful return?
All you need to do is upload a photograph of the products you wish to return and indicate the serial numbers, which are indicated on the inside of the track, next to the brand and size.
If data and information are missing, the return & refund service will not be guaranteed.
Can I make a rubber tracks exchange?
We process orders independently.
You will need to proceed with the return of the goods you want to exchange, and separately, you can arrange for a new order to be placed.
